1. General information
Protecting your personal data is particularly important to us. We process data only in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). This policy describes data processing on German Immo Flow.

3. Browser storage and calculator data
Calculations take place in your browser. Unsaved entries are held in session storage only for the duration of the current tab. Scenario inputs are stored in this browser’s local storage only when you explicitly save a scenario.
We also store your consent decision locally and, only after the relevant interaction, the active scenario, the state of the scenario sidebar and the selected display mode. The language forms part of the requested URL and is not stored as a separate preference.
This browser data is not transmitted to our server. Specific financial values such as purchase price, loan amount, interest rate or rent are sent neither to Google Analytics nor via affiliate links to Tarifcheck or CHECK24.
You can delete this data through your browser’s website-data settings. Access to storage that is technically necessary or required for calculator and preference functions you explicitly request is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is processed, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the function.
4. Hosting and technical access data
This website is hosted by Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, Vercel may process technically necessary data, in particular the IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser or user agent, HTTP status, request ID and processing region.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, quickly and without errors and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Calculator data does not form part of the URL and is not combined with hosting logs. The availability and retention of Vercel logs depend on the account plan and the applicable Vercel settings.
Vercel describes international transfers and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Addendum. Further information is available in the Vercel Privacy Notice.
5. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics is loaded only after you have expressly consented. For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC in the United States may be involved as a further recipient or subprocessor.
The data collected may include the page URL and referrer, approximate region, language, device and browser information, and general interactions. These interactions include the name of an input field used, a results view that actually appeared in the visible area, and impressions of and clicks on affiliate notices. When enhanced measurement is enabled, an outbound click may also include the destination domain and full destination URL. Specific input or result values do not form part of that URL and are not sent to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and similar identifiers. Google Signals and personalised advertising features are disabled in our implementation. According to Google, IP addresses from the EEA are used to derive general location data and discarded before logging; therefore, GA4 does not use a separate Universal Analytics IP-anonymisation function.
User and event data is subject to the retention period configured in the GA4 property; for standard properties, Google provides retention options of two or fourteen months. Aggregated standard reports may remain unaffected. Transfers to third countries cannot be ruled out and take place under the safeguards described by Google.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw it at any time with future effect via the “Cookie settings” button visible on every page. Further collection will then be disabled and Google Analytics cookies set by this website will be deleted.

6. Affiliate links to Tarifcheck / CHECK24
In selected places, we link to an external mortgage comparison service. These links are visibly marked “Advertisement · Affiliate link” and carry the following HTML attribute: rel="sponsored".

6.2 Technical process
When you click the link, your browser first opens a.partner-versicherung.de in a new tab with partner and advertising-material identifiers and then redirects you to CHECK24. In technical terms, the participating providers receive, in particular, your IP address, browser information and—because of our referrer policy—at most the origin https://german-immo-flow.com/, but not the specific page path, URL parameters or calculator data. The partner domains may set their own cookies to attribute the lead.
We have no control over the data you subsequently enter or its processing by Tarifcheck or CHECK24. The privacy information provided on those websites applies.
6.3 Compensation and our analytics
We may receive compensation for a mortgage enquiry that the partner programme recognises as a qualified lead. This does not result in any additional cost to you. Any commission has no influence on the calculator results.
Only with your prior analytics consent do we record in Google Analytics whether an affiliate notice became visible or was clicked. The partner, placement, page language and entry category are transmitted, but no specific financial values. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
7. Overview of legal bases

- Technically necessary or explicitly requested browser storage: section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
